Continuing Education Credit Guidelines

Idaho

If someone in Colorado conducts training and someone in attendance wishes to receive Idaho recertification credits:

1. Provide the participant a verification of seminar or conference attendance. This may be either a note or letter from a staff member that verifies that the person has attended the seminar they wish to receive credit or a receipt for the conference if a letter is not practical. If the person uses a receipt, please provide a point of contact so that we may verify the training event.

2. The person requesting credits should mail the verification of attendance with an agenda of the training to the ISDA Pesticide Applicator Licensing and Training Section for review. After review of the training and verification of the event, they will award the person credits for the training.

If someone in Colorado is sponsoring a training, seminar or conference and knows that there will be persons from Idaho attending:

1. Request forms and instructions for recertification credits from the Pesticide Applicator Licensing and Training Section.

2. Submit copy of program including agenda for the training to the Pesticide Applicator Licensing and Training Section.

3. After receipt of this information, ISDA will determine whether or not the program meets the criteria of CEU.

4. If the program is accepted, the person will be notified of the number of assigned CEU(s).

5. Submit program to:

Idaho State Department of Agriculture
Pesticide Applicator Licensing and Training Section
P.O. Box 790
Boise, ID 83701
(208) 332-8600
