1. Submit the following to the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture at least 6 weeks prior to an event:
2. After receipt of this information, the ODA and OSU Pesticide Coordinator will determine whether or not the program meets the criteria of CEU. 3. If the program is accepted, the person will be notified of the number of assigned CEU(s). 4. Oklahoma has reciprocal agreements with Colorado
for recognizing test scores for commercial/non-commercial and private applicator
tests in the following categories and subcategories: Agricultural insect
control, Agricultural plant disease control, Agricultural weed control,
Livestock pest control, Forest pest control, Turf pest control, Ornamental pest
control, Seed treatment, Aquatic pest control, Industrial and right-of-way,
Public health, Research & Demonstration, and Outdoor vertebrate control. To receive credit for test scores, an applicator must have a valid license in Colorado and have test scores sent to the ODA by Colorado. Colorado applicators must meet all other requirements for licensing in Oklahoma such as insurance, practical exams, etc., depending on the category. 5. Submit program to:
